To use Hyvor Post, you must operate legally in their jurisdiction of origin and in France, as well as any other applicable jurisdictions based on the website's audience.

The following content is strictly prohibited:

• Content that exploits or endangers children.
• Pornographic material.
• Promotion of violence, terrorism, criminal acts, or human trafficking.

4. CONTENT RESPONSIBILITY

• Hyvor Post manages the unsubscribe process automatically. You must not interfere with this process in any way, including hiding unsubscribe links via CSS or other methods.

6. SUBSCRIBER DATA

You retain full ownership of your subscriber list. Hyvor Post does not claim rights to your data and will not use it for any purpose beyond delivering your newsletters.

If your account is canceled or terminated, you will have the option to export your subscriber data before permanent deletion.

7. FAIR USE & ABUSE

You agree not to use Hyvor Post for any illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Sending spam or unsolicited emails.
• Using purchased, rented, or third-party email lists.
• Engaging in phishing, scamming, or other malicious activities.
• Attempting to bypass rate limits, headers, or filters.

Accounts violating these terms may be warned, suspended, or terminated at Hyvor Post's discretion.

8. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your access to Hyvor Post for violations of this policy, especially in cases of spam, abuse, or breach of legal obligations regarding email communications.

9. EMAIL USAGE LIMITS

If you exceed the number of emails included in your plan, or are about to exceed it, sending issues will be paused until you upgrade your plan. You will be notified in advance through the dashboard.

10. FREE TRIAL

Hyvor Post offers a 14-day free trial period for new users. During the trial, you can explore all features of Hyvor Post, but you can only send test emails to verified email addresses. No payment information is required to start the free trial.

11. CHANGES TO TERMS

Hyvor Post reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Hyvor Post website. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
